By accessing or using Magic Kapital (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and subscribers.
Magic Kapital is a financial research and education platform operated as a Financial Publisher. We are not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, fund manager, or financial planner. Nothing on this Platform constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, or a solicitation to buy or sell any financial instrument or security. All content published on the Platform — including morning notes, weekly outlooks, trade logs, portfolio data, performance statistics, breakdowns, and any other material — is provided solely for informational and educational purposes. Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a quarterly or annual basis only — no monthly billing is offered or available. All prices are displayed at checkout and are subject to change with reasonable notice. Subscriptions are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. Paddle.com Market Limited acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions; VAT and applicable taxes are handled entirely by Paddle.
New subscribers receive a 13-day free trial with Pro-level access. No credit card is required to start a trial, and no charges are made during the trial period. At the end of the trial, your account automatically reverts to the Free tier — there is no automatic charge or subscription activation. To retain paid access, you must actively subscribe from your account page before the trial expires.
The Magical tier includes access to one-on-one Educational Sessions with the founder. These sessions are strictly educational in nature — they consist of discussing research methodology, market analysis frameworks, and learning how to read financial data. Educational Sessions do not constitute investment advice, financial planning, or advisory services of any kind. The founder does not act as your advisor, fiduciary, or representative in any capacity during these sessions.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Each account is for individual use only — account sharing is strictly prohibited. You agree not to share your login credentials, distribute access, or allow any third party to use your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms without refund.
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, analysis, charts, trade data, morning notes, and design — is the intellectual property of Magic Kapital and may not be reproduced, distributed, republished, or used for commercial purposes without explicit written permission. Sharing Platform content publicly (screenshots or verbatim quotes published to social media or other platforms) is prohibited without attribution and prior consent.
Trading and investing in financial markets involves substantial risk of loss and is not appropriate for every investor. Options, futures, and leveraged instruments carry additional risk and can result in losses exceeding your initial investment. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
