When you subscribe, payment is processed entirely by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”) — we do not store your payment card details, banking information, or any financial credentials. We may also collect basic usage data (pages visited, features used) to improve the Platform.

3. Data We Do Not Collect

Magic Kapital does not store your brokerage credentials, trading account information, banking details, or any financial account data. The portfolio and trade data displayed on the Platform reflects the founder's personal trading account and is not connected to any user's personal accounts in any way.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to provide and operate the Platform, send account-related communications (subscription confirmations, password resets, platform updates), and improve our services. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Our legal basis for processing is contract performance (to provide the service you subscribed to) and legitimate interest (to operate and improve the Platform).

5. Payments and VAT

All payment processing is handled by Paddle.com Market Limited, who acts as the Merchant of Record. When you purchase a subscription, you are transacting with Paddle under their terms of service and privacy policy. Magic Kapital does not have access to your full payment card details. Paddle handles all VAT and applicable taxes globally on our behalf.

6. Cookies

The Platform uses a single authentication cookie to keep you logged in during your session. We do not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking cookies, or analytics cookies that identify you personally. You may disable cookies in your browser, but this will prevent you from accessing authenticated features of the Platform.

7. Data Retention

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you close your account or request deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., transaction records for tax compliance purposes).

8. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and token-based authentication. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable and appropriate technical steps to protect your data from unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.

9. Your Rights (GDPR)
